Townbasket reserves the right to cancel orders with prior intimation.

  1. To initiate cancellation of a product purchased directly from, the customer
    must login into his/her dashboard and in order section he/she can cancel his specific order.

  13. Any amount to be refunded will take minimum 7-10 business days* from the date that the
    returned product is inspected and passed by the quality control team at the service center. The

What are the delivery charges?
Townbasket provide online payment options on products purchased from our website, for places designated as Serviceable pin codes. For far off places falling
outside the designated area for shipping, an additional Outside Delivery Area Charge  applicable
with respect to location will be charge.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Townbasket generally procures and ships the items within the time specified on the product page.
Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.  Estimated delivery time is dependent on
the product’s availability with Townbasket Warehouse, and could vary between each store offering
the product. While Townbasket can commit on the date of dispatch of a product from their
warehouse, however, any delay during the transit of the shipment by the courier partner is not
directly under the control of Townbasket and the company cannot be held liable for it.
‘In Stock’
For items listed as “In Stock”, Townbasket will mention the shipping time as 4 -10 business days (in
areas where standard courier service is available), from the date of placing the order. For other
areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take
15-21 business days depending on the location.
‘Pre-order’ or ‘Forthcoming’
Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for a customer. The item will
be shipped to the customer within 5 days of Townbasket receiving the first shipment from the brand.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc) on items sold by Townbasket ?
There are zero hidden charges when a customer makes a purchase on Townbasket. The prices listed
for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price that customers see on the product page is
exactly what they pay.

Delivery charges may be extra depending on the serviceability of the pin code and the Townbasket
policy (mentioned earlier).
Townbasket does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
There are instances when Townbasket cannot ship to some locations. This could be a consequence of
general regulations or serviceability issues.
At times Townbasket prefers not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at the discretion of
